1. digital signage

Digital signage takes the shopping experience in stationary retail to a new level. Promoting products, displaying information and emotionalizing customers - these are the classic functions of digital signage solutions. We offer more.

 

 

In addition to pictures, videos and music, a product mix can also be played that contains product prices, additional color choices and a QR code for ordering from the online shop. PDFs can be presented as a lookbook. Social media content from Facebook and Instagram can be integrated and displayed in real time. By connecting soviaRetail to the ERP system, products are only advertised in pictures, videos or in the product mix as long as they are in stock. If the article is sold out (based on the local inventory information of the branch), the display is automatically stops. The intuitive system enables content to be easily arranged using drag & drop. Individual promotions (such as pictures, videos, etc.) are automatically played out based on defined rules. The AI interface automatically suggests tags for an image. These can be adopted as they are, or assigned manually. This means that trends can be adapted quickly while a promotions is playing. Rule-based sub-promotions enable the automatic display of tagged articles based on defined rules, such as weather data or current offers. Digital signage content can be adjusted from the head office or from the store itself. The store-side adjustment is especially helpful for visual merchandising. With just a few clicks, content on the display can be optimally matched to the decorated items.

2. INSTORE ASsistant (ISA)

Originally conceived as a shop assistant app for inventory checking and ordering of articles, the ISA now offers much more: ERP and omnichannel processes are carried out directly on the InStore Assistant, additional features such as the push-to-screen function on digital signage displays support employees in their daily work. Employees can use the ISA to scan articles and bring up all related information: stocks in the branch, in other branches or in the online shop; colors, additional sizes, cross-selling articles and material information are available at the push of a button. Desired articles can be ordered quickly and easily for the customer, either to ship to their home or to the shop. The customer may pay via mobile payment terminal. Click & Reserve items can be viewed at the ISA, and items ordered for collection in the store (Click & Collect) can be issued to the customer. ERP processes such as incoming and outgoing goods, inventory correction, markdown control and mobile label printing are also carried out directly in the ISA. The employee thus remains present on the area for the customer.

3. SELF service terminals

Sold out items can be ordered quickly and easily at the Self Service Terminal. There are various options available to the customer: Articles can be ordered directly at the terminal and delivered either to your home or to the store for collection. Depending on the project specification, the payment options are invoice, cash (at the register) or paying directly at the terminal via card. With the latter, thanks to the payment integration of our partner adyen, all common means of payment such as EC, credit or voucher cards are available. These out-of-stock sales give traders the easy way to generate additional sales. In addition to orders, shoppers can also submit customer card applications via the terminal. The Self Service Terminal plays digital signage content in idle state.

4. Interactive fitting room

The interactive fitting room is a special form of self service, which is used in the changing area. Customers can use self-service functions and access product information via a mirrored touchscreen.

 

The light-and-sound shower helps brands to position themselves in term of audio and experience. Cheers in the football stadium, relaxing sound of the sea or stimulating party music - with the right light and sound effects, customers can be put into the right mood during the fitting. This is done at the push of a button on the interactive mirror. The music and light profiles are selected in advance in the digital signage backstore and tagged for each article. Different mood profiles are played for different product groups or seasons. The RFID connection of the Interactive Fitting Room brings yet another advantage advantage: Employees can use the InStore Assistant to check which cabin is free or occupied or how many items of clothing are in the cabin.
